I help people making 3D animated shorts go from a solid synopsis/script to something that holds up on screen before they burn months and budget.
Concretely, I step in when:
- The synopsis or script is already there (e.g. CNC / funding package) and the pitch deck and vision need to stand up
- Pre-prod is starting (previs) and rhythm, camera, and emotion need locking in
- In production, to follow layout; on live-action VFX, before and after the shoot
- Also 2D and comics/graphic novels when needed
15 years of layout & previs (Paris, Montreal, Sydney) including films everyone knows: Ballerina, What If…?, Despicable Me, Dune, Furiosa, Fantastic Beasts…
I’m looking for:
- Short-film producers building packages / teams around a short
- Amateur directors (0–3 shorts under their belt), recent grads, small teams stuck in pre-prod
