Living with Liver Disease Program - Caregiver Support East Ontario / Ontario / Canada
The Canadian Liver Foundation’s upcoming Living with Liver Disease program session will be held on Monday, June 1st in Ottawa. This session’s topic is “Caregiver Support”. We have a Facebook event page that lists the 2020 Living with Liver Disease program session series which you can join and receive additional updates on the program, speakers and sessions.
The presentation will be 15 – 20 minutes long with the opportunity for Q&A from our participants. The program has peer support leaders available to help answer any additional questions and support discussions.
About the Living with Liver Disease Program:
This program is a forum for liver disease patients, transplant recipients and families to connect with each other in person, to learn about their disease and learn how to cope. It consists of several sessions covering topics ranging from nutrition and exercise to treatments and stress management. Guest speakers include liver specialists, social workers, nutritionists, and other health care profes
